Serving as the Vice President of Solutions Engineering, Michael is responsible for supporting the sales team to ensure quotes and proposals for prospective Sourcepass clients meet or exceed technical requirements and client expectations. Michael joined Sourcepass from integration partner Suite3 where he served as the company CTO and had been central to their success for twelve years.

Michael started his career as a Network Engineer for a national Internet Service Provider before serving in other engineering roles for regional broadband and DSL providers. He would later go on to drive the technical strategy as the Senior Systems Engineer for a local municipality. In the Information Technology field for over twenty years, Michael has attained numerous industry certifications from vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Citrix, and CompTIA to name a few. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree in IT Security from Springfield Technical Community College, where he currently serves on their Computer Information Technologies Advisory Board.
