Tenacious and empathetic, David Malangone serves as the Sourcepass Director of Service to ensure our clients have a consistent high-quality experience from our Help Desk and Escalation teams. This not only includes direct client interaction but also creating solutions for efficient internal personnel, structure, and processes to deliver the best experience possible. David’s passion for people and compassion toward understanding the pain clients face when issues arise drives his decisions.
David began his IT career as a Technician and Agent at two well-recognized big-box retailers diagnosing and repairing customer electronics while earning promotions to supervisory management positions. After transitioning to the MSP space over a decade ago, David started as a Helpdesk Technician and worked his way up through several technical positions including Systems Engineer, Technical Team Lead, and Priority Team Lead until joining NST as Director of Service. David has earned CompTIA and Apple certifications during his technical career.
