Chuck Canton founded Sourcepass to disrupt the stale IT services and security space with the vision to provide businesses of all sizes with a technology experience that elevates their company, and the mission to provide an IT experience that clients love.
Prior to Sourcepass, Chuck has been a customer-obsessed Senior Executive with over a decade of experience at hyper-growth technology companies. His former roles include Global Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Vonage and President of Financial Services and Operations at Compass, a rapidly growing tech-enabled real estate company. Chuck first started his career at iCore Networks, where he met Sourcepass co-founder Bruce Simms. Chuck and Bruce’s complementary leadership styles helped to enable rapid growth and the best customer experience offered in the industry. These efforts led to a successful sale and integration into Vonage in 2015. At Vonage, Bruce and Chuck were integral in growing the business to one of the largest cloud communications companies in the world and supporting over one-hundred thousand clients and over two-million end users.
Chuck has a track record for building customer loyalty and sales growth and attributes his past successes to two key areas of focus: building healthy and collaborative company cultures and always listening to his customers. Chuck leads Sourcepass with strength and compassion and he is intimately involved in the organization’s culture and climate. Chuck is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, and he attended the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
