Chuck Canton

Chuck Canton is a customer-obsessed Senior Executive with over a decade of experience at hyper-growth technology companies, primarily in the cloud services space.

His former roles include Global Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Vonage (NYSE: VG) and President of Services and Operations at Compass, a rapidly growing tech-enabled real estate company currently valued at $6.4 billion.

Prior to this Chuck started his career at iCore Networks, where he met Sourcepass co-founder Bruce Simms. Chuck and Bruce’s complementary leadership styles helped to enable rapid growth and the best customer experience offered in the industry. These efforts led to a successful sale to Vonage in 2015 for $92 MM.

Chuck has a track record for building customer loyalty and sales growth, which were instrumental in helping Compass ($6.4 BN) and Vonage ($3.3 BN) achieve multi-billion dollar valuations. Over the past decade Chuck has driven $6.5 BN in enterprise value, successfully completed 20 acquisitions, and has produced a 5X average return on equity to company shareholders.

Chuck attributes his past successes to two key areas of focus: building healthy and collaborative company cultures and always listening to his customers. His goal for Sourcepass is to make technology services easier and more affordable for small to mid-sized businesses (SMB) across the world.

Bruce Simms

Bruce Simms has a track record for driving growth and increasing profitability out of start-ups, acquired entities, and fortune 1000 businesses. He has over 30 years of operational experience leading cross-functional teams that specialize in service delivery, program management, customer care, customer success, and solution engineering.

While Mr. Simms was at Vonage (Nasdaq: VG), he led the efforts to help integrate and streamline the technology footprint of seven acquired businesses and platforms. This translated to a 30% boost in productivity for the technical and operational teams. Mr. Simms was instrumental in increasing Vonage’s market capitalization from under $500MM to over $3 BN.

Prior to Vonage, Mr. Simms co-founded and launched iCore Networks, which provided managed cloud solutions to small and mid-sized business customers. During his time there, Mr. Simms developed and executed an operational strategy that enabled rapid growth and ensured industry-best customer experience. His leadership at iCore led to an acquisition by Vonage in 2015 for $92M, providing a 7x return on equity for shareholders.

Mr. Simms has also held leadership positions at General Electric and with the Federal Government at the Department of Health and Human Services and the US Air Force at the Pentagon.

Roli Points

Roli Points has a track record for driving growth by enabling cultures of customer obsession and implementing solution selling strategies. She has held multiple core leadership positions at Vonage (Nasdaq: VG), Neustar, and GoDaddy (NYSE: GDDY), where she was instrumental in helping to achieve and maintain multi-billion dollar valuations. Roli is a passionate leader and a technology enthusiast.

At Vonage, Roli led the Enterprise Client Services team, which supported the company's largest customers. Roli’s efforts with this cohort translated to the best customer retention rates Vonage has ever had for this segment and was critical to the organization achieving over $700 MM in business service revenue. While at Neustar, Roli closed some of the largest deals in the history of the company with multiple fortune 50 organizations. During her time at GoDaddy she managed their largest commercial Top Level Domain (.COM) globally along with other core product lines. Roli's vast experience in managing high performing teams and client-facing roles enables her to truly understand customer needs, translating to better overall customer outcomes. At Sourcepass she is leveraging her experience to help us find and successfully acquire the most customer-centric IT Managed Service Providers in the industry. Roli is also very passionate about volunteering outside of work, never passing up on an opportunity to participate and lead local community impact and non-profit events.
