Since the server implementation we have had a few other projects that NST were happy to lead and assist on including a network infrastructure upgrade and most recently a telecom implementation for a new on premise phone system. If it were not for NST’s involvement in the phone system upgrade, the phone vendor would still be working on this as we speak. On several occasions NST had to step in and fix issues the phone company couldn’t resolve on their own equipment. That was extremely impressive, and its situations like that which made us very proud to be working with NST.
