Our Mission: To provide an IT experience that clients love
Founded in 2020 by Chairman & CEO Chuck Canton, VP of Strategy and Execution Bruce Simms, and VP of Strategic Alliances Roli Points, Sourcepass was created to disrupt the stale IT services and security space. Businesses are often held back by lackluster technology vendors that leave them underserved and overcharged for IT services. An opportunity existed for innovation through leveraging Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) married with premier managed services to provide a revolutionary client experience. As a result, Sourcepass was born. The vision of Sourcepass is to provide businesses of all sizes with a technology experience that elevates their company.
Many technology companies are run by a faceless corporate overlords. However, Sourcepass is different. It is owned and operated by IT experts with technology, security, and managed services experience with a love for the IT services space.
In search of an established firm to serve as the platform company, Sourcepass acquired Network Solutions & Training, Inc. (NST), headquartered in East Northport, NY on March 1, 2022. NST offered an operationally mature foundation, having already scaled to provide 24×7 helpdesk and Network Operations and Security Operations services. Chief Financial Officer Matt Brown, and Chief Product Officer Ken Varrone from NST joined the Sourcepass Senior Leadership Team to provide stability and guidance as the foundation of the new organization.

Shortly thereafter, on March 15, 2022, Innovative Business Systems, Inc., DBA: Suite3, headquartered in Easthampton, MA, was acquired as the first company to be integrated into the platform company. Suite3 President Dave DelVecchio and CTO Mike Lareau joined the Sourcepass team as VP of Marketing and Communications and VP of Solution Engineering, respectively. Sourcepass established a New England presence, as well as a strong specialization in supporting the financial services industry.

In July of 2022, Sourcepass acquired two more companies within a 24-hour period, the first of which was SSD Technology Partners, Inc. (SSD), based in Wilmington, DE. Former SSD partner Woodie Bowe joined the Sourcepass team as General Manager of the Wilmington office. As a result, Sourcepass added a physical presence in the Delaware, Maryland, South New Jersey, and Pennsylvania markets.

The second July 2022 acquisition was Total Technology Solutions, LLC (Total) of Melville, NY. . This acquisition gave Sourcepass the ability to service critical verticals like SLED, Municipalities, Public Safety, and enhance its already strong IT Services presence in the Legal, Manufacturing and Not-For-Profit business sectors. Total’s president, Vin Tedesco, remains with Sourcepass.

In October 2022, Sourcepass acquired Infinity Computer Systems, Inc. (Infinity) of New York, NY. Infinity is a leading Microsoft partner which enhances the services of Microsoft Dynamics 365, a cloud-based business applications platform that allows companies to integrate their customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) capabilities and make their organization’s processes more connected. With this acquisition, Sourcepass clients are now able to access these sophisticated tools, along with Sourcepass’ unparalleled support and wide portfolio of other IT solutions. Infinity Owner Jack Cabasso remains with Sourcepass to lead this business unit.

In late 2022, Sourcepass acquired Contemporary Computer Services, Inc. (CCSI) of Bohemia, NY. CCSI helps Sourcepass to extend our services into a larger portfolio of mid-sized and enterprise clients throughout the United States, including those in the Public Sector as CCSI holds multiple state and federal contracts. CCSI executive, Tom Ednie, remains with Sourcepass.

In their first acquisition of 2023, Sourcepass acquired Proxios, a leading technology and solutions provider based on Richmond, VA. With the acquisition, Proxios helps Sourcepass to expand their physical presence in the mid-Atlantic states while deepening their portfolio of clients in the healthcare, legal, and non-profit sectors. The addition of over fifty extremely talented and experienced employees expands the Sourcepass cloud and network management service bench. Proxios CEO, Patrick Butler, remains part of the Sourcepass team.

All companies acquired and integrated into Sourcepass have each been in business between 20 to 40 years and have seen the same stale approaches hamstring competitors in the IT services space. All bring extensive ability and experience to Sourcepass, as well as a drive to accelerate our disruption of the market.
Sourcepass is currently over five hundred employees serving over two thousand clients in more than twenty unique vertical markets. And the best is yet to be.
